RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal at Knit Elements is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy. Ensure the clothing is completely unused with tags and packaging intact. You can return or exchange items within 3 days of delivery. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we are here to assist you every step of the way.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow us 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item(s) upon receipt, subject to our return policy. You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation request and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
